Who we are

SVV Studio is a web-production studio based in Kyiv, Ukraine (“we”, “us”). We are the controller of the personal data described in this notice. Questions or requests: [email protected].

What we collect and why

  • Contact form. When you send us a message, we collect your name, email address and message. We use this only to read and reply to your enquiry. Legal basis: your consent and/or taking steps at your request before entering into a contract (GDPR Art. 6(1)(a)/(b)).
  • Analytics. With your consent (where required), we collect usage data — pages viewed, approximate location, device and browser type, and interactions — to understand how the site is used and improve it. Legal basis: your consent (GDPR Art. 6(1)(a)) in the EEA, UK and Switzerland; our legitimate interest in measuring and improving the site (Art. 6(1)(f)) elsewhere.
  • Security. To protect the site and the contact form from abuse and spam, our infrastructure provider processes technical data such as your IP address. Legal basis: our legitimate interest in keeping the site secure (Art. 6(1)(f)).
  • Language preference. When you choose a language, we store your choice in your browser so the site remembers it.

Cookies and similar technologies

We use a small number of cookies and browser-storage items:

Essential items are necessary for the site to work and don’t require consent. Analytics cookies are only set after you accept them where consent is required; you can change your mind at any time (see below).

(04)

Analytics and your choices

We use Google Analytics. In the EEA, the UK and Switzerland, Google Analytics does not store cookies or identify you until you accept via our cookie banner; we run it with Google Consent Mode, so no analytics cookies are set beforehand. Outside those regions it runs on the basis of our legitimate interest. You can accept or decline analytics in the banner, and you can withdraw consent at any time by clearing this site’s cookies in your browser or contacting us. We also use Cloudflare Web Analytics, which is cookieless and does not track you across sites.

(05)

Who we share data with

We don’t sell your data. We use a small set of processors that handle data on our behalf:

  • Google (Google Analytics) — analytics.
  • Cloudflare — content delivery, security and bot protection (Turnstile), and cookieless analytics.
  • Telegram — we forward contact-form submissions to our team via Telegram so we can respond.

Each processes data only to provide these services.

(06)

International transfers

Some of these providers are located outside Ukraine and the EEA, including in the United States. Where data is transferred internationally, it is protected by appropriate safeguards such as the EU-US Data Privacy Framework and/or Standard Contractual Clauses.

(07)

How long we keep it

We keep contact-form messages for as long as needed to handle your enquiry and our records, and then delete them. Analytics data is retained in aggregated or limited form according to our providers’ standard retention. Cookies last for the periods described above.

(08)

Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, delete, restrict or object to the processing of your personal data, to data portability, and to withdraw consent at any time. To exercise any of these, email [email protected]. If you are in the EEA, UK or Switzerland, you also have the right to lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority.
